Re: scented dog waste poop bags We had a problem recently with a box of these bags. The bags were either sealed at both ends or open at both ends. I'd say this has happened about a dozen times out of a box of 300 that we are only half way through. As you can imagine this doesn't work too well when a person is walking their dog at night in the winter. The only numbers I could find on the box was a bar code #70856 0007 and on the inside of one of the flaps is a circle with QC B20 and date: 2014-06-16. Just thought you should know.
